Team Asia
Team Asia conducts Sales/Marketing and Customer Service for the Asian market including Korea, China and Japan. Nordic Nest Group Asia, where all Team Asia staffs are working, was established in Seoul as a branch of Nordic Nest Group in 2016 and is currently operated in two departments: Customer Experience and Commerce.

Customer Experience
The Customer Experience department aims to provide the best customer service in the world by offering localized customer service for each market in Asia. Although the three core markets are within the same Asian region, they each have different customer behaviors and characteristics, which is why the CX team consists of local staffs for each market. We support customers in various aspects such as customer service, returns, claims, and delivery, and always strive to find ways for customers to receive quick and accurate responses.

Commerce
The Commerce department is divided into Korean, Chinese, and Japanese Market Teams with the goal of becoming the most profitable retail company in the world. Each Market Team focuses on planning campaigns for achieving high sales, analyzing competitor prices for optimal pricing, and conducting performance marketing to reach potential customers efficiently. Additionally, we handle various tasks including contents/influencer marketing, and managing and operating marketplaces.
